Servicing GE CF6 family of engines.

AA-MRO has set a time on wing record for a GE CF6-80C2 engine - logging more than 40,000 flight hours and nearly 10 years of continuous on-wing operation on a Boeing 767 aircraft.

AA-MRO is the best choice for your CF6-80A, CF6-80C2 series and CFM56-7B model engines. The reasons are myriad.

American Airlines pioneered transatlantic Extended Twin Operations (ETOPS) with CF6 model engines in the 1980s. Also, our 737-NG fleet began operating over eight years ago, with the -7B engines experiencing extended on-wing life. Since commencing CF6 and CFM56 engine operation, AA-MRO has developed many innovative and cost-effective repairs, which allow operators to avoid high new-parts replacement costs. What's more, we can also introduce you to the replacement parts we have developed for even greater savings.

Combine these savings with high-quality workmanship and competitive turn times, and that's why we're the best, and only, choice. Our vast experience, broad base and fiscal responsibility mean AA has likely “been there, done that” — with no situation we haven't seen or can't solve.

We invite you to choose the shop that enabled the most extensive ETOPS operations in aviation: AA-MRO. And with over 75 CF6 engine visits per year, the only shop that continues to grow in our ability to support customers with low costs, high quality and reliability, technical expertise and unique solutions to their engine needs.
